Nous avons installé la pompe aujourd’hui et tous fonctionne bien pour l’instant! Super service, j’ai eu plusieurs questions avant de faire l’achat de la pompe mais j’ai reçu toute les réponses à travers le chat sur le site directement. La livraison a été très rapide. Rien à redire!
Je ne me rappelle plus avec qui j'ai parlé (désolée!), mais il a pris le soin de répondre à mes questions et de m'expliquer certains termes, et ce même la 2e fois lorsque j'ai rappelé pour plus d'informations! Il a su bien me renseigner pour prendre une bonne décision, à même le rabais associé par Hydro-Québec! Ceci dit, pas encore installée, mais suivi de livraison adéquat et bien emballée à l'arrivée! Une fois installée, je viendrai mettre mon commentaire à jour! :)
